Shipping and Return Policy
Each item purchased online is shipped via USPS. Shipping cost varies depending on weight but standard shipping cost is $8 and anything over 2lbs ships for $15. Anything from our outside vendors (ie: certain home goods) ships for between $10-$15 depending on size and weight. Orders ship within 12-48 hours of order and typical delivery time is 5 business days.
FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS & NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.
We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment. We would be thrilled to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
-Items not eligible for returns include Sale items, Large Home Goods (welcome mats, wooden signs, etc.) & Bodysuits.
-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.
-Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
-Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
-Store Credit does not expire.
